According to McKinsey’s Superagency in the Workplace (2025), 92% of companies plan to increase AI investment over the next three years. At the same time, only 1% of executives describe their organizations as mature in AI deployment -meaning truly integrated into workflows with measurable results. The gap between investment and results is enormous. And it points not to a technology problem. It points to a leadership problem.
