Andrew Wachtel is a scholar, university leader, and one of the most recognized figures in Central Asian higher education. He served as President of the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) in Bishkek and has spent over two decades building academic institutions across the region.
At inVision U, he leads the academic vision of the university, ensuring it meets international standards while addressing the needs of Central Asian communities.

Is the education free?
Yes. All students study on a tuition-free scholarship. There are no tuition fees for the duration of the bachelor's programme.
Do I need an IELTS or TOEFL score to apply?
An English language certificate (IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL iBT 60 or above) is part of the admissions process. However, you may submit your application before obtaining your score. We will assess your English during the interview and advise you on certification timelines.
What programmes are available?
inVision U offers five bachelor's programmes: Anthropology & Sociology, Public Policy, Digital Media & Marketing, Product Design, and Creative Engineering.
Will I receive an internationally recognized diploma?
Yes. Graduates receive an international diploma. The language of instruction is English.
Do I need a visa to study in Kazakhstan?

Who can apply?
The programme is open to applicants from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
What is the application process?
Submit your application through the form on this page. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview. Successful applicants receive an admission letter with further instructions.
Can I apply if I have not yet graduated?
Yes. You may apply while completing your current studies. Supporting documents can be submitted at a later stage through the application portal.
